Srishti is Senior Knowledge Scientist Level 2 at Scitech patent Art. She did her M.tech in Food Processing Technology and a Post Graduage Diploma in Patent Law from NALSAR University. She has around 8 years of experience in IP, and she ahs worked on dairy alternatives, meat analogs, pet foods, gums, additives, different food products and their processing (like pizza, pasta, noodles, etc.), sustainablibilty, product search, non-patent literature search, company profiles, etc. She also has teaching experience as she has also workied as Assitant professor in a reputed university and taught Dairy and Food Technology subjects.
